Electronic Traveler

The electronic traveler provides a paperless production order management solution designed to replace travelers at each work station. The traveler follows the lot through each stage of production and requires that each operator sign off that work is completed, and verified that it is ready to go on to the next step in manufacturing. Each step is recorded through final assembly or manufacture to provide detailed information about product, increasing throughput, accuracy and eliminating errors. 

• Color coded production order to provide required information to operators such as, quantity, materials, procedures and sign-off
