Laser Marking System

Nd:YAG laser etchers laser marks 2D barcodes, For identification of the logo, pin orientation, manufacturing history, lot number, and time date onto semiconductor wafers and electronics.
The wafer or semiconductor can then be tracked by reading the barcode with a 2D part scanner.

The laser can be used 300mm and 200mm wafers.
