Onsite Plant Maintenance & Wireless Technology
Since FactoryServer is a web-based product it will run over standard TCP/IP network. A wireless network 802.11b, 802.11g or GPRS network is required.  The  Tablet PC, laptop Windows CE device requires Internet Explorer 6.0 for full functionality. The application requires the screen resolution to be set at 800x600 or greater. 

Customization of the product  is provided for hand-held or Pocket PC computers if requested based on your application requirements. Pocket PC functionality is now includes inventory management and basic CMMS functions.

Field Service
For Field Service applications a GPRS enabled device is required and the application must be configured for internet access.
The Xplore  is the tablet PC of choice for field service applications due to its small size, battery life and water resistant features.
