SPC / SQC - FactoryServer SPC

FactoryServer SPC software is designed for manufacturer's statistical process control needs. Based upon proven analysis algorithms the web interface allows data and analysis reporting for manufacturing processes from almost any location making it an optimal solution for distributing information to your customers, supply-chain, and representatives in the field. Statisical process control helps improve manufacturing quality through trending analysis.

With its built-in password system, administrators can set permissions to data and charts. Through FactoryServer the administrator is able to allow users to add and analyze data on-line, or analyze data exported from other databases. 

FactoryServer SPC is available in a web based or client version

FactoryServer SPC web based version runs through  Microsoft Internet Explorer  web browser  for ease of installation and licensing by end-users. FactoryServer SPC provides real-time analyses based on any data that has been collected from the FactoryServer MES WIP module and can be integrated with data from any standard MES such as FactoryServer MES

Data Entry/Import Functions Users can also customize data sources and how often data is imported from internally-generated data directly into the database using database import utilities.

Customized Analysis and View Options Although data sets may be opened using previously-defined analysis and format options, remote users can also choose a variety of customized options, including:

Access Control Datasets restrict data  to a selected set of users. For example, you may identify data that is to be analyzed only by Supplier X, other data specifically for  Customer A, and another data set to be analyzed by any visitor. 

Fully Programmable Interface FactoryServer SPC's can be customized for specific requirements. Customizing data entry forms, and displaying part drawings are just a few of the modifications possible through MASS Group engineering services.

The FactoryServer Framework 

FactoryServer SPC web based software is designed for easy integration with FactoryServer MES & FactoryServer CMMS.  The SPC software is also available as a stand alone SPC client installed package for use with existing MES systems to provide web based analysis on production activity. MES software logs production data for historical analysis, graphing, charting and trending and when combined with the SPC software - critical real-time data on shopfloor production efficiency through each route or step in the production process can be monitored.
